Overview
Hop on a jet ski and spend 4 hours exploring the islands of Pregnant Maiden Island. Swim in the largest fresh water lake in Malaysia, trek through abundant jungle, and discover the natural beauty of the island as you venture across its tranquil waters.
What to Expect
Spend an exciting 4 hours exploring some of beautiful islands of Pregnant Maiden Island on your very own jet ski. Jet skiing is the most fun way to explore the islands and after a short tutorial you will be free to skim across the surface of the tranquil waters at your own pace.
One of the islands is home to an active monkey population that you will see playing amongst the trees as you approach. Then, float along as you discover the island's fresh water lake- the largest in Malaysia. Pregnant Maiden lake is so-called because of the outline of hills and rocky outcrops resembling the shape of a pregnant maiden lying on her back. Then swim in its fresh water, which legend has it promotes fertility.

We take you to 8 islands for a good mix of activities with something for everyone.
The much talked about Island of the Dayang Bunting (Pregnant Maiden) is the star attraction of Tour 2. This is the second largest island within the Langkawi archipelago and contained within is the largest fresh water lake in Malaysia. The Dayang Bunting Lake as it is called is separated from the sea by a very thin ridge of limestone. Legend claims that the lake bestows fertility upon barren women.
The outline of hills and rocky outcrops on one side of the lake resembles the shape of a pregnant maiden lying on her back. However the name of the island and the lake is attributed to the legend of a lovely fairy princess who married an earthly prince and got pregnant after drinking the water from the lake.
Tour 2 will reserve at least 1 hour for you to enjoy Dayang Bunting Island. We take care of th jet-skis while you explore the many attractions of the island including jungle trekking, kayaking, paddle boats or have a dip in the lake.
Much of the time will be spent sightseeing. There are lots of small islands that we will pass for you to take pictures of simply enjoy the beautiful scenery. One such place is an area known as “The Fjords” (Latitude: 06.11.13′N Longitude: 99.47.23′E Average Depth” 3-12mtr), a name given by the yachties to this general group of islands SE of Kuah and about 1 nautical mile from Dayang Bunting Island. The scenery offered is worth the trip there.
